DEALER LOGIN procedure

• Register your item for repair via the tab ‘registration collection’ in DEALER LOGIN.
• At the end of the registration, print off 2 copies of the transport document.
• Clearly attach one copy on top of the box.
• The second copy is to be signed by the driver as proof of collection (name, date, time and signature).
• You can expect the carrier within 1-3 days of registration.
• During the repair process, you can check the status at any time via DEALER LOGIN.
• We repair your item in our workshop.
• You will receive an e-mail notification from us when your item has been repaired.
• We return your repaired item or you can collect it yourself.
• Of course, you can also come to us directly at SCD.
