GENERAL

• Sound United has teamed up with EasyRepair as Classé Audio authorised repair centre for Belgium and Luxembourg. We can help you with all repairs, both under and out of warranty (amplifiers, preamplifiers, CD players, CA-M, CA-T, Sigma, SSP, CP, CT …)
  
  UNDER WARRANTY REPAIRS

  • Warranty period: 5 years.
  • Classé follows up all under warranty repairs itself.
  • This ensures fast feedback to their R&D department.
  • You request a SNN (Service Notification Number) on their website.
  • Transport for collection is automatically arranged for you.
  • We repair your items in our workshop.
  • We will send you an e-mail notification when your item has been repaired.
  • We return your repaired item or you can collect it yourself.
  • Classé SNN website.

  OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
  • Please use the normal DEALER-LOGIN PROCEDURE to register your item for collection/repair.
