We have been the Denon authorised repair centre for Belgium and Luxembourg for a number of years now. We can help you with all repairs, both under and out of warranty.

UNDER WARRANTY REPAIRS
- Warranty period: 2 years.
- Denon follows up all under warranty repairs itself.
- This ensures fast feedback to their R&D department.
- You request a SNN (Service Notification Number) on their website.
- Transport for collection is automatically arranged for you.
- We repair your items in our workshop.
- We will send you an e-mail notification when your item has been repaired.
- We return your repaired item or you can collect it yourself.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
• Please use the normal DEALER-LOGIN PROCEDURE to register your item for collection/repair.
PACKAGING & TRANSPORT
• Make sure to package your item with great care and attention.
