For over 25 years now, we have been the certified repair centre for the Technics brand, since 2002 completely under the wings of Panasonic Corporation.
Our repair service extends to all audio equipment, including amplifiers, cassette decks, speakers, synthesizers and, of course, the repair and maintenance of the world-famous SL-1200 turntables in particular: SL-1200M5G, SL-1210M5G,SL-1200M3D, SL-1210M3D, SL-1200MK2, SL-1210MK2, SL-1200MK5, SL-1210MK5, ...

Warranty period:
Normal procedure
- Please use the normal DEALER-LOGIN PROCEDURE to register your item for collection/repair.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Faulty Returns

• An item which, after unpacking or shortly after being used, shows a defect as a result of which it only works partly or not at all.
• The item is new and was delivered to the end user maximum 14 days ago.
• For plasma and LCD TVs, we accept maximum 80 hours of use.
• If one of these periods has expired, the item will be treated as an under warranty repair.
• Complete the ‘DOA notification’ form found on the European service website and B2B website.
• E-mail the completed form together with the sales invoice to service.belux@eu.panasonic.com.
• The item will be collected automatically or you can also drop it into SCD yourself.
• The set must be complete and in its original packaging.
• The set must not show any signs of user damage, physical damage ...
• After inspection and approval of the DOA conditions, Panasonic will issue a credit note equal to the price at that time.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
