Repair costs

• Working hours: €18,15 per 15 minutes (€15 excluding VAT) for Consumer.
• Working hours: €21,78 per 15 minutes (€18 excluding VAT) for Professional Material.
• Once repaired, you will be asked to pay the repair fee by bank transfer.

Administration and transport

In warranty

• No transport or administration costs

Out of warranty

• Administration and transport back and forth is €25 excl. VAT.
• During registration, you will be asked to pay an advance of €12,10 (€10 excl. VAT).
  This includes transport costs Bpost (one way) and registration costs.

Quotation fee

• Costs of estimate in case of return of the device not repaired: €40 (incl. VAT).
• Quotation fee for Professional Material starting from €72,6 (€60 excl. VAT).
• In case of destruction (Recupel) of the device after the refusal of the estimate, the costs remain limited to transport and registration fees previously paid.
• In case of estimation agreement no extra costs will be charged.

Spare Parts

• Shipping costs for spare parts is €12,10 (€10 excl. VAT). For international shipments: €12,10 (€10 excl. VAT).
